Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) seeks to provide innovative and high-quality arts programming for all youth that stimulates learning and academic success; inspires creativity; explores future careers; and engages in self-expression, critical thinking and problem solving. BGCA believes arts programming and activities are not a means to an end, but rather an essential human experience.
BGCA’s unique mix of programs gives youth an opportunity to share their creative expressions with a broader community through participation in BGCA’s National Arts Contests at the local, regional and national levels. Club members ages 6-18 can submit artwork to a variety of categories of photography and visual arts. This guide provides Club staff with the information needed to participate in BGCA’s National Arts Contests.
